Fast

"

I have been fasting all gluten for 9 days now, I will be going for 4 weeks. I eat a lot of wheat. When I am working out, or playing volleyball, I find myself getting tired faster and feeling a little weaker without much carbs.
Fasting reminds me how hungry I am for God, and how I need more of him. Especially now. Every time I am tempted to eat something with wheat, or I just forget, God reminds me quickly before I am about to fall and I can't help but just pray. My prayer life has definitely been awesome the past 9 days. So pray for me that this can continue, there is so much to pray about in this season of my life.

"No, this is the kind of fasting I want: Free those who are wrongly imprisoned; lighten the burden of those who work for you. Let the oppressed go free, and remove the chains that bind people." - Isaiah 58:6
